Eylul ayinin en cok bekledigim etkinliklerinden biri ICAF’di. Ilk defa duzenlenicek olan ve ayni zamanda Eylul ayinin son sicak gunlerini bize keyifle yasaticak bir festival. 23-24-25 Eylul’de gerceklesen o bu festivale sadece son gun olan 25’inde katilabilmem biraz uzucuydu tabi ama bu modumu dusurmedi. Mukemmel eglendik !

The most awaited event in September was ICAF to me. A new festival that was held for the first time and will make us enjoy the last few hot September days. It was a little sad that I could only attend it the last day September 25, when it was a 3-day festival. But it didn’t bother me, I had tons of fun!

Karikaturden muzige, workshoplardan animasyona, inanilmaz renkli bir festivaldi. Sahsen workshoplara katilmadim. Benim ve arkadaslarimin ilgisi ceken sey kitaplardi diyebiliriz. Normalde kitadan kitaya gecmenizi gerektirecek kitapevlerinin ayni cati altinda toplanmasi bizim cok isimize geldi. Festivale katilan butik dukkanlarda vardi tabi. Punta, yine en cok ilgimi odagimi cekendi. Kadikoy’de ki magazalarini daha once gezmistim ve sattiklari herseye asik olmustum. Hatta almak istedegim ama sonradan vazgectigim pasaport kilifini da festivalde bulmam doruk noktasiydi benim icin. Punta gercekten mukemmel bir dukkan her tarzdan cesit cesit tasarimcidan urunler…

From comics to music, from workshops to animation, a super colorful festival. Personally, I didn’t attend the workshops. Books were our center of attention. Normally you would have to travel from side to side to visit al those bookshops, but here they were, came to us. of course there were also lots of boutiques. Punta was the one that got my interest the most. I visited their Kadikoy store before and fell in love with everything they sell. I even liked a passport cover but couldn’t decide to buy and I found that cover at the festival, that was the top of the festival for me. Punta is a really amazing store. Different tastes from different designers. 

Bu tarz acik alan festivalleri gercekten mukemmel oluyorlar. Bir sonraki hedefimiz Garden Sale Kucukciftlikpark 1-2 Ekim. Sizide bekleriz!

I really adore this kind of open-air festivals. Our next stop is Garden Sale Kucukciftlikpark on October 1-2. Will be waiting for you!
